The product key I have for my Office 365 Professional Plus 2021 that I downloaded yesterday is not working (or invalid as your site says). All apps work except for Published which I use every day.

Office Professional Plus 2021 is a volume licence version of Office used by large organizations that have a volume licence agreement with Microsoft, it is not a consumer Office licence, where did you purchase that Office licence, was that from an online retailer.
