If you completed 4 playlists, that alone does not generate multiple vouchers. The AI Skills Fest offer is limited to one voucher per person, and eligibility depends on more than playlist completion.
Here are the key things to check:
- Did you submit the voucher claim form?
- The voucher was not automatic. Microsoft required participants to complete a voucher claim form after finishing an eligible playlist.
- Was at least one playlist an eligible AI Skills Fest playlist and completed during the event window?
- The playlist had to be an eligible, unmodified AI Skills Fest playlist completed during the event period.
- Check all email folders
- Vouchers are being sent by Pearson VUE / Pearson (sometimes referenced as MindHub Pro by Pearson VUE), not necessarily from Microsoft. Check Inbox, Spam, Junk, Promotions, and any email filters.
- Voucher distribution is still ongoing
- Microsoft's AI Skills Fest FAQ states that eligible participants who completed the playlist and submitted the claim form should receive the voucher email between June 19 and July 10, 2026.
What to do now
- If you submitted the claim form, wait until July 10, 2026 before assuming there's a problem.
- If you did not submit the claim form, unfortunately you may not be eligible because the voucher was not issued automatically.
- If you submitted the form and still haven't received anything by July 10, open a support request through Microsoft Learn / AI Skills Fest support and provide:
- Microsoft Learn email address
- Playlist name(s)
- Completion screenshots
