    As that machine just reaches the minimal memory requirement of Windows 11, it is very likely to suffer,

    To get optimized performance, you need to use a more recent computer (with 16 GB or more memory usually).

    Nobody knows.

    It's best to test drive.

    End users can make free backup images.

    Then clean install Windows 11.

    When you've finished the test drive you can restore the image.

    By restoring the image you are back to where you were before the test drive.

    Microsoft Q&A email is not working in my account.
