Email problems. I have error code 5.7.520

I tried to send an email to a friend yesterday from my iPad and it said it could not send. I now don’t seem to be able to send or receive emails. I contacted Apple who looked into the problem and they said the issue wasn’t with the iPad but Microsoft had blocked my account with Error Code 5.7.520 which is something to do with spam detection. How do l recover my account and start sending and receiving my emails. Thanks Richard Cooper

    Hi,

Actual Human here but I am afraid due to forum limitations, I cannot call you :(

    1. Is it an Outlook.com or an Exchange account?
    2. How many emails you send on an average, per day?

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

This is very frustrating. How do l speak to a person and not a computer?
