You tagged your question as "Classic Outlook for Windows". If so then there are multiple ways to do what you want.

See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5859745/export-all-emails-to-csv-with-dates

  • Option 1: Using Export build-in function
  • Option 2: Custom View + copy to Excel
  • Option 3: Using PowerShell

If you are NOT using Classic Outlook for Windows, please advise, but there will not be any easy solutions.

The requested functionality does not exist. If you are using Classic Outlook, please consider developing a custom solution by creating a new application using macros.

    希望されている様な機能は存在しません。クラッシックOutlookであれば、マクロにて新規アプリケーションを独自開発して対応してみてください。
