Hello Team,

I had originally scheduled my GH-300 – GitHub Copilot exam for July 13, and I rescheduled it to July 20 after 6:00 PM IST. However, when I check my profile, I am unable to see any upcoming exam appointment.

Could you please assist me in verifying the status of my exam schedule and guide me on the next steps?

I checked my profile and was unable to find any scheduled exam. I attempted to reschedule my exam and received a confirmation message from Microsoft; however, I did not receive any confirmation email on the Pearson VUE dashboard.

Could you please assist me with rescheduling the exam, as I have already completed the payment?

When you sign into the Pearson Vue Dashboard can you see the exam appointment e.g.

The status of an individual exam appointment cannot be verified from here, but there are clear next steps to confirm and fix a missing GH‑300 schedule after rescheduling.

Check the exam in Microsoft Learn profile
- Sign in to the Learn profile.
- Open the menu under the avatar and select Profile.
- Go to Credentials → Certifications.
- Scroll to find GH‑300 and look for an upcoming exam appointment.
- If the July 20 booking exists, it will show there with options like Cancel or Reschedule.
If no upcoming appointment is listed
The reschedule may not have completed correctly. In that case:
- From the same Certifications area, try scheduling GH‑300 again using the Schedule button (this will redirect to Pearson VUE).
- Complete the scheduling flow on Pearson VUE and confirm that a new appointment date/time is shown at the end.
If the exam still does not appear or there are issues with the booking
This becomes an exam appointment/scheduling issue and must be handled by the exam delivery partner:
- Contact Pearson VUE Support for Microsoft exams: Pearson VUE Support.
- Provide the order number, exam code (GH‑300), and candidate details so they can look up the booking and confirm whether the July 20 reschedule succeeded or if a new appointment must be created.
General reschedule behavior to keep in mind
- Exam appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise the exam fee is forfeited.
