Builder Cape

It's a question about the Cape written above. On the website it's written that I already own this cape, but when I go to locker, I still don't have it, and it's been around 3 weeks. I reedemed it on June 5th. I have downloaded only Minecraft: Java Edition, so is there any way I can receive that cape?

There are instances that there will be delays with regards to the distribution of this but you will also need to ensure that you have redeemed it on the correct account.

As this has been more than 24 hours and it is still not on your account, you may now check this with the Minecraft team at https://aka.ms/Minecraft-Support/ for your account to get checked and hoping that the cape/s will reflect on your account afterwards.
