My account has been restricted for over 6 months now. I am met with the same message of searching and earning points fairly each time I've tried to redeem a reward. I'm sure I've been searching normally by now, but the restriction hasn't been lifted, even though it says it's temporary.

I've reached out to Microsoft support, and I'm met with the same robot response telling me the same thing. I'm able to earn points and have enough to redeem the rewards I want to redeem, I would just like to use the points that have been stacking up on this account.

All I've wanted was a solution (or for my restriction to be lifted) from an actual human being, is there any way for that yet?

Can I call Microsoft support? Since contacting them online hasn't helped.

    Hi irene,

I really wish I could assist you directly on this issue. However, the behavior you're experiencing is tied to back‑end systems and service functionality, and unfortunately, we don't have the authority or access required to investigate or make changes at that level.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.

Given these limitations, the most appropriate avenue for product changes or feature requests is to contact support. I'm not sure which channel you did, but please try Microsoft Rewards Support.

Thank you for your understanding, and I hope the support team can resolve this for you soon.
