I did an automatic update on my computer and now I can't get my printable bank statements from Huntington Bank. I have done this for years and now since the update when I am logged into the Huntington Bank website and click on the Statements tab, nothing shows up.

Try the following steps in order on Windows 11 with Microsoft Edge after the update:

    1. Check in another browser
      • Open the Huntington Bank site in a different browser (for example, Chrome).
      • Sign in and select the Statements tab.
      • If statements appear there, the issue is specific to Edge and not the bank.
    2. Hard refresh and sign out/in
      • In Edge, go to the Huntington site, press Ctrl+F5 to force a full refresh.
      • Sign out of online banking, close the tab, reopen Edge, then sign in again and try the Statements tab.
    3. Clear site-specific cookies/cache
      • In Edge, go to SettingsCookies and site permissionsManage and delete cookies and site data.
      • Choose to view all cookies and site data, search for the Huntington site, and remove only that site’s data.
      • Restart Edge and try again.
    4. Disable tracking protection / extensions for that site
      • When on the Huntington site, click the lock icon in the address bar.
      • Temporarily lower tracking prevention for this site.
      • Disable any ad‑blocker, script‑blocker, or security extensions, then reload and test the Statements tab.
    5. Try InPrivate mode
      • Press Ctrl+Shift+N in Edge to open an InPrivate window.
      • Sign in to the bank and open the Statements tab.
      • If it works in InPrivate, the issue is likely cookies, cache, or an extension in the normal profile.
    6. Check for additional Windows/Edge updates
      • Go to SettingsWindows Update and install any pending updates.
      • In Edge, go to SettingsAbout Microsoft Edge to let it check for and install the latest Edge version.
      • Restart the PC and test again.
    7. Use downloaded PDFs as a workaround
      • If the statements list appears but PDFs don’t open, download them (if there’s a download button) and open them from File Explorer with a PDF viewer, then print.

If statements still do not appear in any browser, contact Huntington Bank support, as the issue may be on their side or tied to the specific account.
