Using Outlook for iOS for personal email and calendar management
Hi,
I understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you've had access to the account for many years.
If you no longer have access to any of the verification methods associated with your account, such as a phone number or alternate email address, select "I don't have any of these" on the verification screen. Microsoft will then guide you through a process to verify your identity before allowing any security information to be changed.
Once your identity has been successfully verified, you will be able to update your security information and regain access to your account.
Please note that if the account's security information was recently changed, Microsoft may place the account in a restricted state for up to 30 days. This security measure is designed to help protect your account and prevent unauthorized access if someone else attempted to make changes without your permission.

Could you let me know what happens when you select "I don't have any of these"? Also, are you receiving any specific error message during the sign-in process?
