Dear Microsoft Certification Support,

I recently failed my second AZ-104 attempt and must wait 14 days before retaking the exam. However, my exam voucher expires on June 30, 2026, which prevents me from scheduling my third attempt due to the cooling-off period.

Could you please either:

• Extend my current voucher, or
• Provide a replacement voucher so I can book in July?

I can share my MCID and voucher details securely via a private channel.

1. The retake policy cannot be changed https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/retake-policy
2. Exam voucher expiry dates cannot be changed. You need to approach whoever provided you with the voucher for a new voucher.
