    Greetings!

This is Tin, looks like you added your account and accidentally removed your parent's account on the device.

Please go to Settings, Accounts, and choose Family, under Family, please look if your parent's account is there. If none, since you've mentioned that it's on the lockscreen, there's a possibility that you logged out your parent's account and sign in your account instead. To set it back, please click Start menu and type Your Info then hit enter. Click Sign in with Local account instead then follow the prompt.

After that, please go back to Your Info page and choose Sign in your MS Account instead and ask your parents to sign back in.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Tin

To see a parent’s account again on a shared Windows 10 PC, check that their user account is still present and that you are signing in with the right account type.

    1. On the Windows 10 PC, open Settings.
    2. Go to Accounts.
    3. Select Family (for family members) and look for your parents’ accounts there.
      • If they are in your Microsoft Family group, they should appear under Your family.
    4. Also check Accounts > Other users to see if their Windows user account is listed.
      • If it is listed, they can sign in from the Windows sign-in screen using their usual account.
      • If it is not listed, their account may have been removed and needs to be added again.
    5. To add a parent’s account back on the PC:
      1. In Settings > Accounts > Other users, select Add account.
      2. Enter your parent’s Microsoft account email address and follow the steps to finish.
    6. If your family uses Microsoft Family Safety and your parent is the organizer, you can also manage family members from Settings > Accounts > Family or from the Family Safety website linked in the documentation.

If the account was removed from the device, adding it again will not delete their files stored in OneDrive or their Microsoft account; those stay with their Microsoft account online.
