Blocked from CoPilot

Question

Hello,

I have been blocked from using CoPilot.

I have tried accessing via iPhone App and safari

my cloudfare Ray ID is: a0fa0c97ed2ae7c9

I cannot recall what I was using CoPilot for at the time I was blocked.

I have recently returned to Australia after being overseas in Canada .

I have tried logging out/in of Microsoft. Deleting app from phone. Followed some online troubleshooting suggestions all to no avail.

are you able to help me?
