Href Lang Tag Installation

Question

Hi,
I just installed href lang tag into my website renterpoint.com and i came to know that my ranking on search engines like Google, Bing is going down each single day. I checked properly all the pages and even sitemap is perfectly fine. But i don.t know the reason that why my website is not performing well in Bing Search Engine even after spending so much time in installation of Href Lang tag and also testing performed very well.
