Microsoft Workspace Discount Program

Question

Hi.

I had previously used a different personal email Microsoft Account to get the Workspace Discount. I have since then started to use another personal email Microsoft Account for all things Microsoft. I switched over my 365 applications. But I am unable to get the Workspace Discount.

I removed any reference to my work email address from the original account and even deleted it so Micorsoft doesn't recognize it as a valid account. But still the Workspsace discount seems to see it.

I want to use my current personal account to get the discount from my employment.

I checked with my employer they do not control the sign up so they dont have anything linked back to Microsoft.
