I have tried to submit the information for a new credit card but it will not accept the information.

    If the credit card wasn't accepted, there may be an issue with the bank or with the card information provided, such as a region mismatch, billing address mismatch, or unsupported card type. Have you already contacted your bank to check if there are any restrictions or declined transactions?

    While waiting, you can also try using a different payment method by following the steps below:

    Go to this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

    Select "Add payment method"

    Then follow the prompts to add.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

    In the search bar, type in your issue, then hit enter.

    Scroll down to the bottom and select the blue button "Contact Support"
