Did my payment go through, has my subscription been renewed

Log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your Microsoft 365 subscription, is that listed correctly for your new payment.

If not, go to the Payments and Billing section, is it indicated your payment has been processed correctly.

To check whether the payment went through and the Microsoft 365 subscription was renewed, use the Microsoft account pages that show subscription and billing status:

1. Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the subscription.
2. Find the Microsoft 365 subscription in the list and check:
   • If it shows Has recurring billing with a future renewal date, the subscription is active and set to renew on that date.
   • If it shows Expires on [date], the subscription will end on that date unless renewed.
3. To confirm the renewal/payment itself, go to the Payment & billing page for Microsoft 365: https://account.microsoft.com/services/office/billing and review the most recent charge and status.
4. If the subscription shows as active but the Install button or apps are not working, contact Microsoft Support using the link provided in the renewal article.

If the subscription still appears expired or the payment is missing, follow the same pages to verify the correct account is being used and then contact Microsoft Support for billing assistance.
