i completed the word 2016 certificate, i need to upload it to upwork.com
in order for the to verify and accept my cert, the need my mcid and a one time access code,
when i click on the transcript section, then next page does not load, i have tried to get live chat support with Microsoft but with 0 help, i also asked for a supervisor but with 0 help or - 1500 progress , its extremely annoying the fact that even a supervisor cant tell me how to share my transcript , i honestly have no more hope in getting help, if there is anyone that can explain why the transcript page wont load , i would greatly appreciate it .

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
