Microsoft automatically renewed and took payment £ 104.99 on 1st April.

We did not receive an email confirming and would like an invoice for the payment

    If you want to prevent auto renewal next April, go to https://account.live.com > Subscription, click on Manage for the subscription and turn off auto renewal.

    If your subscription is purchased via third party, such as Apple App Store or Google Play, you will do that via their website via Apple /Google account.
