Updating windows and upgreating Office package, My computer regularly alarm to update the Windows. So today I want install windows without losing my data inside the computer memory and upgrate the office package to 2026

The method to update Windows depends on your current Windows version, and do you want to upgrade to Windows 11?

Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

The method to update your Office version also depends on what Office licence or subscription you have.

Open Word, then go to File - Account.

Please provide a screenshot of that window and if your Email address appears in the screenshot, please hide it.
