unfortunately I am unable to schedule any exam though I am reaching the point where I put my address and other details ; post which it generates an error.
Kindly help me in the matter.

    Are you trying to enroll in a Microsoft 365 exam or training?

    The error "We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please contact site support." can occur for several reasons. It could be a temporary server instability (I recommend waiting a few hours and trying again), problems with your account on this device, browser problems...

    Please send me more details about exactly what you are trying to access. While I await your response, please perform these tests:

    • Try accessing using a different browser, such as Edge or Firefox.
    • Use a different internet connection, such as mobile data tethered from your phone, or Wi-Fi or internet from another location.
    • Access from another device, such as a mobile phone or another computer, to check if your computer is blocked.
