Missing Windows Account

I had a Windows Account that I have lost.  It still shows up if I go into the Control Panel and go to User Accounts, then to User Accounts again, then Manage Accounts.

The account that I am referring to is “Administrator, Local account, Administrator, Password protected

I can do anything with this account. I know the password but no longer have access.

I cannot access this account from the windows account under settings

I can open it to change the password, but am afraid to do it since this account is not ready available.

Could you please give me some information on what’s going on with this account

Since I started the message, I have checked the missing account and it has changed to a new account titled just Administrator, local account, administrator

Please type cmd in the search on the taskbar. Don't press enter key yet. Instead, choose "run as administrator" to launch Command Prompt. Run these commands, one at a time, and share a screenshot please.
