MFA lockout

Hello,

My Girlfriend has a new phone. She wants to login to Microsoft on her new phone, but it needs a MFA approval. She doesn't have the MFA on her old phone, and also doesnt have the recovercode. She can still login on her old phone into Outlook and she still has the same phone number.

What must she do so that she can login on her new phone? Is there a way to reset the MFA by phonenumber and with an mail on her old phone for example?
