Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you using a personal Outlook account, or a work/school account?
    2. Does this happen when you use Outlook on the web, Outlook for Windows, Outlook mobile app, or your phone’s built-in mail app?

In the meantime, if you haven’t already already:

Sometimes the behavior can be different depending on the account type and where you’re accessing email.

Check your Junk email settings (Outlook on the web):

    • Sign in at https://outlook.live.com/mail
    • Click Settings (gear icon) > Mail > Junk email.
    • Check if: Trusted senders are added under Safe senders and domains > and there are no important senders under Blocked senders.

    Mark messages as “Not Junk”:

    • When you see a real email in the Junk folder: Open it > Click Not junk > This helps train Outlook’s filter.

    Check for Inbox rules:

    • Sometimes a rule can accidentally move all emails: Go to Settings > Mail > Rules.
    • Look for any rule that moves mail to Junk > Delete or disable it if found.

If the issue persists, please provide more details by answering my questions.
