Processor not compatible!?

Why a lot of processors are not compatible with windows 11?
I've got i5-7300HQ 2,5GHz in 3 years laptop - not on the supported processors list.
Can I have a statement why is it not compatible?
Even 1 year old computers are discualified from the update!

According to Microsoft:

Devices that do not meet the minimum system requirements had 52% more kernel mode crashes. Devices that do meet the minimum system requirements had a 99.8% crash free experience.
