I've passed my SC-100 Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Exam on 22nd and it's been 48 hours and I still didn't received my certificate during the time of voucher issue I used a different email address but during the time of scheduling the exam I've used a different email address but I checked i didn't received in both of my mails
Please let me know if anyone can help me out

Exams are not certifications. The SC-100 exam is only part of the requirements for the Cybersecurity Architect Expert certification. You must also hold an active Associate certification from this list https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/cybersecurity-architect-expert/#certification-prerequisites
So now if I complete any one of the certificates I'll receive the Cybersecurity Architect Expert certificate?
Any one of those listed, yes
