Is there an updated driver for the following: S3XXx64.sys SCM SCM Microsystems and S3XXx64.sys Identiv?
Microsoft do not provide any updates drivers for that USB Smart Card Reader, have you checked the hardware manufacturers website to see if they provide any updated drivers.
What problem are you experiencing with that device, it is not working correctly, or are you seeing an error in the Windows Security Memory Integrity section indicating those drivers are blocked by Windows security.

Try to find an updated driver on the Smart Card Reader manufacturers website, if that is not possible, please provide a screenshot of the notification you see in the Memory Integrity section of Windows security, those drivers would need to be uninstalled to enable memory Integrity.
