    Hi Tonya,

If you want a plan in Viva Learning that you can add classes/courses to, you need to create one of these first (both requires a Viva Learning premium or Viva Suite license):

    • Collection: best option if you are creating your own personal/curated list of classes.
    • Learning path: best option for an organization-wide structured plan (for example onboarding or skill development) and require admin or knowledge manager permission.

To create a collection or learning path, please follow either of these guidelines:

Option 1: Create a personal Collection

    • Open Viva Learning and go to My Learning > Collections > Create
    • Add a title, description and thumbnail if needed > Create
    • Select Add content > search for the classes/courses you want > Add
    • Reorder items or add sections if needed

For more detailed guidance with illustrations, please refer to Create collections in Viva Learning | Microsoft Learn

Option 2: Create an organizational Learning Path (need admin permission)

    • Open Viva Learning and go to Admin tab > on the left menu, choose Learning path
    • Select Create new > add a title, description and thumbnail if needed > Create
    • Select Add content > add section title/description > search for learning courses/classes > Add
    • After reordering courses/sections, select Save > Publish the learning path

For more detailed guidance with illustrations, please refer to Creating Learning paths in Viva Learning | Microsoft Learn

Hope this information would be helpful for your concern. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out again in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I'm looking forward to your reply.
