Excel Expert Certificate document unavailable after 48 hours

Hi Officer,

I took the MS Excel expert certificate about one more weeks ago and I passed the exam, but after I sign in into its dashboard after 48 hours of my exam, my certification document still didn't generated. And I just checked again and it's still not working. So I'm wondering when can I see and print my certification?

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
