lost subscription.

My account no longer has its M365 subscription, I ordered the yearly subscription a few months ago and have the purchase confirmation email. However, my account, and ALL of my files from the last three months or so have vanished! Yes, I ordered the year long subscription, and it doesn't need renewed until January 23, 2027.

    Please go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the email address that received the purchase confirmation. Check if Microsoft 365 shows there and if the renewal date is January 23, 2027.

    Also check OneDrive online directly at https://onedrive.live.com using the same account. Then check the OneDrive Recycle Bin.

    To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you signed in with the same email address that received the Microsoft 365 purchase confirmation?
    2. Does the subscription show under Services & subscriptions on that account?
    3. When you go to OneDrive online, are the files missing there too, or only missing from the Windows computer?

    If the subscription does not show on the account that received the confirmation email, please let me know. Thanks!
