Recovery of StoragePool configured in Parity

Question

I have a storage Pool configured in Parity configuration

One of the three disks configured in the storage pool failed, Now the storage pool is not accessible ( looks like in Read-Only mode)

How do I recover this storage pool?

In Manage storage pool -- even after using "Change Settings" with admin privileges no tasks are available to add a new disk and to remove old failed disk and repair the storage space

Are there any steps I can take to repair the storage Pool and recover my storage space?

any steps using Powershell?

I cannot afford to lose any data -- removing the storage pool and creating a new one may not be an option.
