    Hi, if your account is already paid but you’re still receiving billing reminders, please sign in to your Microsoft account and check your subscription status here: https://account.microsoft.com/services. Make sure it shows as Active and fully paid. https://support.microsoft.com/accounts-billing/subscriptions/a-subscription-notice-appears-when-i-open-a-microsoft-365-application

    You can also review your recurring billing settings and turn them off if you don’t want renewal reminders. https://support.microsoft.com/accounts-billing/subscriptions/turn-recurring-billing-on-or-off-for-a-microsoft-subscription

    If this is a business subscription, please check the Billing notifications page in the Microsoft 365 admin center. From there, you can manage who receives billing emails or disable invoice attachments that might be triggering these reminders.
