Windows key not responding suddenly and have been through the online help and not got it working yet

Hi, please check if the Windows key is disabled try pressing Fn + Windows key or look for a lock key. Please, try using an external keyboard (if available) to see if the Windows key works there.
Also, open the On-Screen Keyboard (type osk) in the search and check if the Windows key works there.
The search button is locked as well HELP!
Thank for the update. Since both the Windows key and Search are still not working, let’s try a some more fix
Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) > click File > Run new task Type cmd, check Run as administrator, and click OK.
In the Command Prompt, run these commands one by one:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
After it completes, run:
sfc /scannow
Once done, restart your computer and check again.
