Hi there,

I have 2 email addresses associated to my MS 365 account the main one is old and no longer in use. Problem is I'm paying for my 365 associated to this old email which I cannot access due to it no longer existing. I want to change the old email sign in to my other email.

Microsoft have stopped all usage of 365 saying it has expired, however, I am still making monthly payments.

Microsoft, please contact me via email so we can sort this out.

Thank you!

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that you are looking into unlinking or transferring your subscription from one account to another as the email that was used for the subscription is no longer in use.

Kindly take note that you will not able to transfer the subscription to another account.

As there is no access on the account, you will need to reach out to the bank or to the payment method's support that you are using to cancel or block any future charges related to the subscription to avoid getting billed further or have your card replaced.

Once this has been sorted out, you can check now check from your end if you want to subscribe using this other email account that you have access to and use it for a Microsoft account and purchase a new Microsoft 365 plan.
