I would like to switch credit cards for my microsoft billing.

You can switch the credit card used for Microsoft billing from the same Microsoft account where the subscription or purchase is listed.

Please sign in to your Microsoft account, then go to Services & subscriptions https://account.microsoft.com/services Find the subscription, select Manage, and look for the option to change or update the payment method.

If you only need to add the new card first, go to Payment options in your Microsoft account and add the new credit card there. After that, go back to the subscription and select the new card as the payment method.
