If a certain reward is not available it means that the code for it has became out of stock and therefore there is no exact timeframe on when it will be replenished as this is not usually announced but the rewards team will be doing it’s best for it to be back the soonest on whichever amount will be available. In the meantime, you may continue to do activities and tasks to be able earn and save points to be able to use once the preferred reward that you are after becomes available then you have the points to possibly redeem it more than once.

• As these type of rewards requires a relatively low number of points, it is one of the most redeemed rewards which is causing for it to go out of stock so quickly.

Limited Inventory

• Due to a limited number of these type of rewards being released. Once the quota is reached for a certain period, then the reward goes out of stock until it is replenished or has become available again.
