I was trying to add French Language and I don't know what happened. Since then I am asked to enter my Microsoft Product Key. Where can I get it from ?

Office 365 is subscription-based, and you only need to log in to your Microsoft Account to activate your Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

Your subscription must still be active.

The Microsoft account you sign in with must be the one that owns the subscription.

If you've reached your device limit (rare with most Microsoft 365 plans), you may need to sign out of Office on another device first.

If you're using a perpetual-license version such as Office Home & Student 2021 or Office Home & Business 2021, the activation process is slightly different, although it is still usually tied to a Microsoft account.
