i need help getting into my account i have the email and password correct but it wont let me into my email

    In the meantime, you can try the recovery process using this Microsoft support article:

    Here’s a quick summary of what’s in there:

    • On your mobile device, open the Authenticator app.
    • Select "Begin recovery"
    • Sign in using the personal Microsoft account you originally used to set up the backup.
    • The app should then restore your account credentials automatically.
