Hey all,

I'm having daily system crashes, but I can't figure out why. Its a Windows 11 Pro system. Fully updated. Not sure if its from a recent update, but I don't know where else to look. Please see the attached dump file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi rassmatic,

Please try some workarounds from vgk.sys Error Troubleshooting (13th and 14th generation Intel CPUs), especially increasing Vcore part that ensures your CPU has enough power during load.

Regarding the information that you have browser crash, it might be also related to memory problem. Please take some suggestions bellow:

    • BIOS
      • Enter your BIOS and disable XMP profile
    • Test your RAM
      • Use a third-party tool like Memtest or Memtest86 for memory testing
      • It is recommended to run memory tests in DDOS or standalone environments and run them for at least 3-4 cycles to ensure that memory is fully tested
      • If the memory test returns any errors, there may be a problem with the CPU memory chipset, overclocking configuration, or the memory hardware itself

Check Windows 11’s Event Viewer for critical errors and run sfc /scan now plus dism /online /cleanup-image /restore health to rule out recent update or system file corruption.

    Hi ,

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

    Thanks
