I am learning more about Azure, and I am trying to setup a mail server. I think I have have everything good to go, but there seem to be issues with sending and receiving. I have all of the ports unblocked and have a static IP set, MX records are all good, but emails coming in time out, and emails going out don't send. Does anyone know what might be up?
An Azure service that is used to provision Windows and Linux virtual machines.

is the mail server running in Azure as a VM ?
Outbound request to port 25 is blocked by Azure platform.
