subscription microsoft

Hi, I would like to check regarding my subscription. last week I subscribed and arrange for monthly payment but this morning again saw a message on my hotmail account regading the storage and i was forced to suscribed again. I had noticed there was a problem with my paypal account but I would like to check how many subscription have I got now?

    Hi Shahla,

    Log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly for one subscription payment.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

    Then go to the Payments and Billing section, is it indicated your payment has been processed correctly and is only one payment lsited there.
