Microsoft 365 subscription is tied to the Microsoft account used to buy it. Since you see both an Outlook address and a Gmail address, please check both accounts separately.
- Sign in here with the Outlook account first: https://account.microsoft.com/services
- Then check billing history here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
- After that, sign out and repeat the same steps using the Gmail address.
Then, to help narrow down the issue:
- Does the renewed subscription email show which email address it was sent to?
- Do you see an active subscription under both the Outlook and Gmail accounts?
- Is the Visa charge listed in the order history under either account?
