Word is Error

Question

my microsoft word app is in error. I accidentally deleted all the apps installed yesterday then I recovered it but when I open word is says " An error has been occurred" I tried to click repair, but nothing

happen is always the same whenever I tried to open word to create document. Can you recommend any resolution for this?

Hi @Cynde Mangalao

First try to open with safe mode. press windows + R type winword /safe. in the safe mode also persists the same issue. then repair your office.

Have you tried the online repair by the following method;

Close all Office apps

Right‑click Start, Installed apps

Find Microsoft 365 / Office

Click , Modify

Choose Online Repair, Repair

Restart Windows after completion

You can also get there by using the old control panel, un-install programs, right click and use modify
