The Authentication code is too long. It says it is 2 numbers too long
If the code is showing you 8-digits rather then 6-digits, it means the account you are trying to sign into is a personal Microsoft account. So I can try and help you with your question, please can you answer the following questions:
- What invoice are you trying to pay?
- What portal are you trying to sign into?
