    Dear @Collin Visaggio,

The message indicates that the account is being recognized as a work or school Microsoft 365 account, but the license currently assigned to it does not appear to include access to Outlook for Windows desktop.

Please contact your IT Admin and ask them to assign the license for you:

Go to Microsoft 365 admin center > Users > Active users > select your account > Licenses and apps

Confirm your account has been assign the Microsoft 365 Business Premium license.

If the user has Business Basic, that explains the message because Business Basic only provides web/mobile access, not desktop app rights. Licensing in new Outlook for Windows | Microsoft Learn

If the account already has Business Premium, the IT Admin can try unassigning and reassigning the license, making sure Microsoft 365 Apps and Exchange Online are enabled. After that, restart the laptop and sign in to Outlook again.

In case you do not know who your IT Admin is, kindly refer to this article. How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

In the meantime, you should still be able to access email through Outlook on the web.

I hope the information shared helps point you in the right direction. Please try the steps above and let me know if they work. If not, we can continue working together to narrow this down.

The first response may not always resolve the issue right away, but with your help and more details, we can work toward a solution.
