How to allow edge access to the privacy and firewall network? I am unable to access any links in any email (mail.com) and get an error message stating that I need to check my firewall and privacy ,yet when I follow the steps, I am seeing that Norton 360 has taken over much of everything pertaining to the firewall and privacy. Do I need to shut Norton service down and just let Microsoft hanle it? Im not able to access any information as it goes directly to that error message and nothing lese.

Open Norton 360.

Go to Settings.

Select Firewall or Smart Firewall.

Open Program Control.

Find Microsoft Edge (msedge.exe).

Make sure its access is set to Allow or Auto, not Block.
