Please note that Microsoft Q&A is a user-to-user forum. We do not have access to accounts or billing systems. Please use the instructions in the following article to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

Note: If you cannot find the charge under your primary Microsoft account, it may be associated with a different Microsoft account. Try to recall any other Microsoft accounts you may have used in the past and check those as well. Also, ask any family members who may have used your payment card in the past, as the charge could be associated with their Microsoft account. You can use the instructions in the article above to help investigate the charge.

Then follow the instructions here to cancel your subscription and request a possible refund:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription.

If it doesn’t work or you need further assistance, for your security and privacy, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly, as this request involves personal or sensitive information that should not be shared in a public forum.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.
