I keep getting an error when applying to be a markeplace creator for minecraft.

I was filling out the application yesterday. I didn't get to far into it so when I had to leave yesterday I had no problem closing it out in hopes I would be able to continue or even just restart it. Upon opening the page today I get met with an error message saying: An error occurred while processing your request.
