Your comment isn't very descriptive, but from what I understand, you can't print after replacing only the cartridges.
To resolve your issue, I recommend performing a few checks in a few steps.
1.Perform nozzle/printhead cleaning
- Printer settings → Maintenance
- Head Cleaning / Deep Cleaning
- Then Nozzle Check
2.Is it only empty in certain applications?For example, is the problem occurring in all applications such as PDF and Word?
3.Has the protective tape on the cartridges been completely removed?
4.Re-Install Printer Driver and then restart your computer.
