After changing all ink cartridges' the printer doesn't print the paper is blank! But the test page prints?

Your comment isn't very descriptive, but from what I understand, you can't print after replacing only the cartridges.

To resolve your issue, I recommend performing a few checks in a few steps.

1.Perform nozzle/printhead cleaning

  • Printer settings → Maintenance
  • Head Cleaning / Deep Cleaning
  • Then Nozzle Check

2.Is it only empty in certain applications?For example, is the problem occurring in all applications such as PDF and Word?

3.Has the protective tape on the cartridges been completely removed?

4.Re-Install Printer Driver and then restart your computer.

    Can you please help us with the make and model of your printer?

    Does the printer's own test page (printed from the printer itself) show all colors and text normally, or is it only a basic status page that prints correctly?
