Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Microsoft 365 does not need to be transferred to the new iMac. You just need to install Microsoft 365 on the new iMac and sign in using the Microsoft account that has the active subscription.

Before canceling anything, please check this page first: https://account.microsoft.com/services Please sign in with each Microsoft account you may have used and check which subscriptions are active.

    1. Are the subscriptions under the same Microsoft account or different accounts?
    2. Were any of them bought directly from Microsoft, Apple/App Store, or another store?
    3. What Microsoft 365 plans do you currently see there? For example, Personal, Family, or Basic.
